RATIO: ½ t salt in 8 oz warm water, like using the Neti Pot. Can also use a baby syringe. Fill the bulb with the water, close one nostril, tilt head to side & down. Pain relievers
Acetaminophen, Tylenol- muscle soreness, workout aches, 4,000 mg max, is easy to overdose.
Ibuprofen (NSAID)- painful periods, cramps, acute inflammation, tendonitis, combine w/ food ‘cos upsets stomach.
Naproxen- for longer term & longer pain relief
Blueberries- Curbs diarrhea, high in natural aspirin. (May lower fevers and help with the aches and pains.)
Pineapple- nature’s aspirin, for pain, inflammation, joint & arthritis, tissue, muscle injuries.
Perfume
I don’t use perfume anymore. What I use is lavender EO neat (meaning undiluted). I have several bottles & two are specifically for my use on my body.
Lavender & Tea tree are the only EO’s you can use neat. The others you have to mix w/ a CO.
Pill bottles
If have extra pill bottles give to human society & vet offices to reuse to package pills for pets. Call ahead first.
Or punch a hole in bottom, remove lid & slightly embed into soil of plant to water plants slowly.
